Duties & Responsibilities
The primary responsibilities of an attorneyin the Civil Rights Section includes defending state officers and employees in federal court actions alleging civil rights violations, primarily under the First, Eighth and Fourteenth Amendments to the United States Constitution. POSITION IS OPEN UNTIL FILLED.
Minimum Training & Experience
Member of the Georgia Bar AND graduation from an accredited law school. Two to 5 yrs experience related to the area of law listed above.
