Duties & Responsibilities
Attorneys in this section represent a variety of agencies including the Department of Corrections, the Board of Pardons and Paroles, Georgia Bureau of Investigation, State Patrol, Peace Officer Standards and Training Council and the Department of Juvenile Justice. Also, this Section provides direct advice and assistance to these agencies and represents them in mandamus, some declaratory judgment and injunctive cases and other litigation.
Minimum Training & Experience
Member of the Georgia Bar AND graduation from an accredited law school. Preference will be given to those applicants with two or more years of related experience.
