Duties & Responsibilities
Attorneys in this section represent state agencies, elected officers and employees who are sued in civil rights actions.  As a litigator, attorneys appear in Court for hearings and trials, conduct discovery and draft pleadings in both State and Federal Court.  Travel is required.

Minimum Training & Experience
Member of the Georgia Bar AND graduation from an accredited law school.  Preference will be given to applicants with litigation and/or civil rights related experience.

A criminal background check is completed on all candidates; employment is also contingent upon the completion and satisfactory results of the background investigation.
