Duties & Responsibilities
The primary responsibility will be the defense of INVERSE CONDEMNATION cases.  The position will also defend tort claims includings, but not limited to, wrongful death, medical malpractice, automobile accidents and other negligence claims. The IDEAL CANDIDATE will have both real estate and litigation experience. Travel is required.  POSITION IS OPEN UNTIL FILLED.

Minimum Training & Experience
Member of the Georgia Bar AND graduation from an accredited law school.  PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:   Five or more years of litigation and/or inverse condemnation/torts related experience.
