On Wednesday, October 21, 2015, Khiry Price pled guilty in Cobb County Superior Court to Human Trafficking and was sentenced to 50 years to serve 30 years.
This case stemmed out of events that occurred between December 3, 2013 and December 8, 2013.

On December 3, 2013, two juveniles were taken from their home by defendant Khiry Price, age 21. Khiry Price along with a driver took the girls to a Motel 8 on Six Flags drive in Cobb County.

While they were in Cobb, the two juveniles were trafficked by Price. They were told they had to have sex with men to make money for Price. Price advertised the girls online and told the girls what to say when men called them and asked them to have sex. He assaulted both of these juveniles and had sex with one of them. When one of the girls begged to be allowed to quit, Price told her he was bringing another girl to work and that when he did, she would be allowed to stop.

Price then persuaded another juvenile to come to the hotel by telling her that he wanted her to come fix some girls hair and then told the third juvenile that she was going to have to start working for him and have sex with men. They all left Cobb County when a worker from the Motel 8 recognized one of the girls as being someone the police were looking to recover and told them they had to leave the motel.

Price was sentenced by Judge Reuben Green to 50 years but to serve 30 and the remainder on probation.

Price pled guilty to three Counts Trafficking a Person for Sexual Servitude O.C.G.A. § 16-5-46(c), three Counts Interference with Custody O.C.G.A. § 16-5-45(b)(1)(B), two Counts Enticing a Child for Indecent Purposes O.C.G.A. § 16-6-5, two Counts Simple Battery O.C.G.A. § 16-5-23(a)(1), one Count Pimping a Person Under 18 O.C.G.A. § 16-6-11(5), one Count Pimping a Person Under 16 O.C.G.A. § 16-6-11(5), one Count Pandering a Person under 18 O.C.G.A. § 16-6-12, one Count Pandering a Person under 16 O.C.G.A. § 16-6-12, one Count Child Molestation O.C.G.A. § 16-6-4(c), and one Count Statutory Rape O.C.G.A. § 16-6-3(a).
